The Mint went out to Hinde House school in South Yorkshire to a careers event. This event was aimed at 11 year old children to show positive role modelling and help address gender biases towards potential job routes for the children. Chair of the MINT Dave Gwinnell went along, he was allowed one prop, his one prop being a tourniquet sat in front of the 100 children as they were asked what his job was.

Here is a collage of work we created to show just some of the diversity that can be found within nursing. Our message is clear, that nursing has many faces from many different backgrounds and that this should be acknowledged and celebrated.
